BHEP Travels to Charlotte

The Black Health Empowerment Project (BHEP) event at the Stratford Richardson YMCA featured local congressman, Rep. Melvin L. Watt, civic leaders and health experts. CBCF’s national health initiative educates African Americans about the relationship between obesity and chronic diseases. The tour’s theme is “Eat, Move and Test for Health.”
